IGT has recently announced that it has made a deal with Holland Casino. IGT, the market leader in bricks and mortar casino gaming systems and machines, has signed a Letter of Intent with Holland Casino. The deal involves the implementation and the development of the new MOSAIC project belonging to Holland Casino. The Letter of Intent was signed at the Global Gaming Expo in Vegas by IGT’s and Holland Casino’s CEOs.
Holland Casino’s MOSAIC project is about using IGT’s Systems solutions to modernize and integrate its casino management tools over the entire range of its Netherlands properties. IGT will give Holland Casino a loyalty system and an integrated membership that will enable patrons to enjoy the convenience of coinless gambling and quick, dependable rewards. In addition, IGT will provide outstanding customer service, optimize operational processes and will make sure that responsible gaming practices are a vital part of the entire project. Responsible gaming is particularly significant for Holland Casino, as it has won the “Socially Responsible Casino Operator of the Year” international award for 2008, 2009 and 2011, and prides itself on being a global leader in responsible gaming.
Holland Casino’s CEO said that the casino wants to give their customers a superior experience that they can always expect.
